PISCATAWAY Withold K. Wendland died March 22 at Somerset Medical Center in Somerville. He was 70.
Born in Poznan, Poland, he came to the United States in 1989, living in Edison. He traveled back to Poland in 2005 and came back to the United States to live.
Mr. Wendland was a self-employed auto body worker.
He was a former communicant of St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church in New Brunswick.
He is a communicant of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Manville.
His three brothers, Bogdan, Andrew and Marian Wendland, are deceased.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara (Solecka) Wendland of Poland; two sons, Mack P. of Bridgewater and Bart P. of Piscataway; and two grandchildren.
Graveside services were held March 26 at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Hillsborough.
Arrangements were by Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home in Manville.
