The American Red Cross Jersey Coast Chapter, Tinton Falls, has appointed Leo Pratte as director of disaster services. He will be in charge of the disaster program at the chapter. He will also develop and maintain a basic plan for the chapter’s disaster response. Prior to his appointment, Pratte was director of the health and safety department for six years, and traveled nationwide to volunteer for various disasters. He received a bachelor of arts degree in biology at the University of Maine.
