Senior Menus-April 19, 2007

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $4.60. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
   Thursday, April 19 — Cranapple juice, chicken with tarragon, browned red potatoes, sliced carrots, three-bean salad, raisin bread and cantaloupe melon. Compliment Someone Day.
   Friday, April 20 — Apple juice, chili con carne, rice, zucchini, Swiss salad, Italian bread and pears. Bingo.
   Saturday, April 21 — Blended juice, chicken salad, Kaiser roll, pickled beets and onions, fruit, peanut butter cookies and milk.
   Sunday, April 22 — Cranapple juice, roast beef, Swiss cheese, rye bread, pasta salad, fruit, vanilla cupcake and milk.
   Monday, April 23 — Seafood bisque, loin of pork with gravy, sweet potatoes, Oriental blended vegetables, applesauce, rye bread and mocha cake. Bingo.
   Tuesday, April 24 — Grape juice, meatballs in tomato sauce, baked ziti with cheese, green beans, tossed salad, Italian bread and strawberry ice cream. Cards.
   Wednesday, April 25 — Cranapple juice, barbecued chicken leg, hot potato salad, corn, minced coleslaw, six-grain bread and blueberries and topping. Cards.
   Thursday, April 26 — Apple juice, stuffed green pepper, pasta spirals, squash and zucchini, tropical fruit salad, dinner roll and butterfly pastry. Thanks a Volunteer Day.
