Customer Service Representative:

The Princeton Packet, Inc. a group of award winning Community Newspapers has an opening for a Customer Service Representative in our Circulation Department. The selected individual will be responsible for light accounting work, which includes processing subscription cash, check and credit card batches. In addition, you will have to enter subscription sales and handle telephone inquiries from our subscribers. Must have a HS diploma or equivalent (some college preferred), office/customer service experience, attention to detail, excellent organizational and mathematical skills. Orientation to detail, dependability, patience and diplomacy are a must. Computer literacy required, knowledge of MS Excel and Word a plus.
