Mildred L. Carlucci Mifflin

   LAWRENCEVILLE — Mildred L. Carlucci Mifflin, 94, died Monday at home.
   Born in Trenton, she was a lifelong Trenton area resident.
   Ms. Mifflin was formerly employed by the American Tobacco Company, Trenton, for several years.
   Daughter of the late Anthony and Lucrezia Radice Carlucci, and sister of the late Benjamin and Vito Carlucci, she is survived by her husband, Leroy R. Mifflin; a son, Thomas Mifflin; three daughters and sons-in-law, Elizabeth and John Osborne of Richmond, Va., Maryann and Thomas Osborne of Emittsburg, Md., and Carol Russomanno of Lawrenceville; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Louis Carlucci, and Anthony and Frances Carlucci, all of Hamilton Township; a sister and brother-in-law, Theresa and George Costantini of Bordentown; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
   The funeral will be held 8:30 a.m. today, Thursday, from the Brenna Funeral Home, 340 Hamilton Ave., Trenton.
   A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. at Our Lady of the Angels Parish/Immaculate Conception Church, 540 Chestnut Ave., Trenton.
   Entombment will follow in Our Lady of the Lourdes Cemetery Mausoleum, Hamilton.
Mark Scott

   NORTH HANOVER — Mark Scott, 50, of North Hanover Township, died Friday at home. Born in Rhondda Valley, South Wales, in 1957, he moved with his family to Allentown in 1970. A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, he was currently employed by the state Office of Information Technology.
   He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Patricia; two daughters, Megan and Brianne, all of North Hanover; his parents, Denis and Jean Scott of Florida; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Julie Gartland of Allentown and Angela and Skip Moore of Newtown; and extended family both in the United States and in Wales.
   Memorial services will be held Thursday from the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St., Allentown, with Dr. Stephen Heinzel-Nelson officiating.
   Friends may call 6 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Mary Goebel

   BORDENTOWN — Mary Goebel, 87, died April 19 at the St. Francis Compassionate Care Hospice in Trenton.
   Born in Bordentown, she was a lifelong member of the community.
   Before retiring, Ms. Goebel was employed at the Bordentown Military Institute and Crescent Sportswear. She was a parishioner of St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church and a member of the St. Mary’s Altar Rosary Society, both of Bordentown.
   Daughter of the late Roberto and Giacomina Laureti, she was predeceased by her husband Karl Goebel, her daughter, Rita Ann Goebel, her brothers John, Joseph and Eugene Laureti, and her sisters Margaret Laureti, Theresa Howe, Rose Bernath, and Sarah Hegyi. She is survived by her children Karen and Robert Swanson of Bordentown, Karl and Patricia Goebel of Bridgeton, David Goebel of Bordentown and Frances and Kenneth Ruth of Ewing; her eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; her sister Antoinette Marshall and sister-in-law Elizabeth Ann Laureti; and many nephews and nieces.
   Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Wednesday at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 45 Crosswicks St., Bordentown.
   Interment followed at the St. Mary’s Cemetery in Bordentown.
   Memorial donations may be made in Mary’s memory to St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 45 Crosswicks St., Bordentown, NJ 08505, any hospice, or the organization of your choice.
Patricia Ann Holonich Houlroyd

   FLORENCE TOWNSHIP — Patricia Ann (Pat) Holonich Houlroyd, 65, died April 17 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Hamilton.
   Born in Passaic, she resided in Trenton for many years before moving to Florence Township 15 years ago.
   Ms. Houlroyd worked for the Trenton School Board and retired from Burlington County Resource Complex. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, rock ‘n’ roll, dancing, people, trips to Atlantic City and watching Disney movies.
   Daughter of the late Joseph and Gladys Hastings Holonich, grandmother of the late Skylynn Marie Corbin, and sister of the late Joan D. Donahue, she is survived by her husband of 48 years, William A. Houlroyd Jr.; one son, William J. Houlroyd of Florence, and two daughters and sons-in-law, Susan M. and William P. Frantz of Florida, and Donna M. and Shairf A. Corbin Sr. of Trenton; one grandson, Shairf A. Corbin Jr.; three step-grandchildren, Melissa K. and Jason M. Sikorski and Carrie Ann Krupa; one sister, Gladys M. Landman of Cream Ridge; a special friend, Victoria Pittman of Columbus; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and special friends that she held close to her heart.
   Funeral services were held Monday at The Chiacchio Southview Funeral Home, 990 S. Broad St., South Trenton.
   Cremation at Greenwood Cemetery followed privately.

Lottie Wyzga Baran

   LAWRENCE TOWNSHIP — Lottie Wyzga Baran, 85, died April 17 at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton.
   Born in Trenton, Mrs. Baran resided in Lawrenceville for 45 years.
   Predeceased by her parents Anthony and Steffie Zamonska Wyzga, her husband Joseph Baran, sisters Claire Turek and Eleanor Beer and her brothers Edward Wyzga and Stanley Wyzga, she is survived by her sister Dorothy Patrizi of Sarasota, Fla.; her brother-in-law George Beer of Sarasota, Fla.; her nieces Diane and her husband John A. Jr. Hornyak of Chesterfield and Sandra and her husband Michael Russo of Mansfield; her nephews Larry Patrizi of Middleburg, Va. and John Patrizi of Hamilton Township; many other nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
   Funeral services were conducted Friday at the Winowicz Funeral Chapel, 865 Brunswick Ave. with Fr. Jacek Labinski officiating.
   Entombment was in the Garden of St. Joseph section in St. Mary’s Mausoleum, Hamilton Township.

Branislav Romanovic
   COLUMBUS — Branislav Romanovic, 66, died April 17 in the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton.
   Born in Golubac, Yugoslavia, Mr. Romanovic resided in Columbus for over six years. He was a mechanical engineer and had been employed by National Gypsum Company and more recently by Rollerbearing Company.
   Son of the late Dragutin and Ruzica Jovanovic Romanovic, he is survived by his wife of 44 years, Tatjana Boldovina Romanovic; a son, Goran Romanovic of Fla.; a daughter, Svetlana Romanovic; a brother, Alesandar Romanovic and a sister, Katica Broskic, both of Yugoslavia; and several nieces and nephews living in Yugoslavia and New York.
   A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Saturday in St. Anthony’s Church, 626 S. Olden Ave., Hamilton Township.
   Burial was in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hamilton Township.
Viola A. Zablocki Bakos

   TRENTON — Viola A. Zablocki Bakos, 97, died April 17 at the Millhouse Convalescent and Healthcare Center.
   A lifetime Trenton resident, she was the widow of Aladar Z. Bakos, her husband of 50 years.
   Preceded in death by her sisters Helen Dawidowski, Stella Zablocki, Jean Babalya and Sylvia Dziura and her brother Stanley Zablocki, she is survived by a daughter, Joyce M. Bakos of Florence Township; grandson David S. and wife Catherine of Pennsauken; three great-grandchildren, Ashley N., Amanda D. and Christopher D.; her sister Sophie Labonski of Trenton; and several nieces and nephews.
   The funeral was held Saturday from the Winowicz Funeral Home, Adeline and Beatty streets.
   Funeral Liturgy was celebrated Saturday in the Church of the Holy Angels, 1733 S. Broad St. with Fr. Thomas Fesen presiding.
   Burial was in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery, Hamilton Township.
   In lieu of flowers, the family requests Mass cards and spiritual bouquets in her memory.
Scott R. Nelson

   WEST AMWELL TOWNSHIP — Scott R. Nelson, 36, died April 16 at home.
   Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., Mr. Nelson had lived in West Amwell Township most of his life.
   He is survived by his parents, Henry and Jacqueline Balmer Nelson of West Amwell Township; his sister Genevieve Lodge and her children Jordan, Justin and Katherine of England; his brother Walter Goss and his wife Kim and their children David and Kaitlyn Antolic and Evan and Landon of Florence; his sister Jennifer Chapin and her husband Lonnie and their children Max and Ryan of New Holland, Pa.; his brother John Jensen of Lowgap, N.C.; his uncle Fred Balmer of Allentown and his son Eric of Fort Myers, Fla.; and his cousin Edward Spinetta and his wife Gloria of Brooklyn, N.Y.
   Funeral services were held Saturday at the Garefino Funeral Home, 12 N. Franklin St. Rt. 179, Lambertville.
   Burial was Monday at the Greenwood Cemetery, Brooklyn, N.Y.

Dorothy M. Hunsicker

   EWING — Dorothy M. Stauffer Hunsicker, 79, died April 14 in St. Vincent’s Healthcare in Jackonsville, Fla.
   Born in Abington, Pa., she had resided in this area for the past 30 years.
   Wife of the late William R. Hunsicker Sr., and daughter of the late William E. and Mildred L. Stauffer, she is survived by four sons, Joseph M. of Ewing, William R. Jr. of Hamilton, Ronald P. and his wife Terri of Florence, and James P. of Hamilton; a daughter, Margaret M. of Ewing; three grandchildren, Robin L. and Robert P. and Diane E. Adams; one great-grandson, Sean W. Shaub; a sister-in-law, Evelyn Hunsicker of Philadelphia, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews.
   The funeral service was held Saturday at the Mullen Funeral Home, 537 S. Olden Ave., Trenton.
   Burial followed in Hillside Cemetery in Roslyn, Pa.
