Anthony Sorbino

   Anthony L. Sorbino, 47, died Saturday, May 5, at his residence in Cranbury.
   Born in New Brunswick, he was raised in Piscataway before moving to North Brunswick and settling in Cranbury five years ago.
   He was a construction worker belonging to Local 156 Laborer’s Union out of New Brunswick for 18 years. He was a veteran who served in the United States Navy. He loved to fish and coached Little League in North Brunswick and Pop Warner Football with Adams AC in North Brunswick. He was a 1977 graduate of Piscataway High School.
   He is survived by his parents, James and Elizabeth Sorbino of Piscataway; his companion, Susan Hickman of Cranbury; his son, Anthony of North Brunswick; his brothers, Jay and his wife, Annette Sorbino, of Highland Park, and George and his wife, Carol, of North Port, Fla.; his sister, Beth Ann and her husband, Michael Salerno, of Middlesex; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
   A private funeral service was held Tuesday, May 8, at the Boylan Funeral Home, 188 Easton Ave., New Brunswick. A private cremation followed at Franklin Memorial Park in North Brunswick.
