State Fair Meadowlands is holding five “Best of” competitions to spotlight the talents of Monmouth County residents June 21-July 8 at Giants Stadium Fairgrounds, East Rutherford. The contest will be held the first weekend of the fair. Applicants must register and upload photos at before June 8, and finalists will be notified in advance.
The series consists of “celebrity look alike,” “best tattoo,” “cutest baby,” “perfect pet,” and “prettiest princess” (girls age 3-10) with prizes valued at more than $500. Applicants may register online at www.njfair.com. Entry is free for all finalists and discount tickets may be purchased for relatives and friends.
Fair hours are Monday-Thursday from 6 p.m.-midnight, Fridays from 6 p.m.-2 a.m., Saturdays from 2 p.m.-2 a.m., and Sundays from 2 p.m.-midnight.
