The nonprofit Solutions for Seniors, an advocacy group for seniors in Monmouth and Ocean County, will host a 5K run/walk May 19 at Holmdel Park. Race-day registration will begin at 8 a.m., and the race will start at 8:30 a.m. Proceeds will benefit senior programs. The Jersey Shore Running Club will help coordinate the event.
