Vitamato Procaccini
PRINCETON Vitamato Procaccini, 86, died May 11 at home.
Born in Pettoranello Di Molise, Italy, he came to the United States in 1955.
He served in the Italian army during World War II and was held prisoner of war for two years in a German prison camp.
Mr. Procaccini was a self-employed gardener in the Princeton area.
He was a member of the Roma Eterna Lodge and the Princeton Italian- American Club of Princeton.
Son of the late Pasquale and Lauretta Valentino Procaccini, brother of the late Giovanni Procaccini, he is survived by his wife of 61 years, Alberina Pirone Procaccini; sons and daughters-in-law Sam and Mickey Procaccini of Princeton and Anthony and Marilyn Procaccini of Ewing Township; daughters and sons-in-law Laura and Raymond Hullfish of Yardley, Pa., Julie and Tom Emmons of East Windsor and Margaret and John Benedetti of Hamilton; brothers Mario Procaccini of Montreal and Antonio Procaccini of Princeton; sister Carolina Toto of Pettoranello, Italy; grandchildren Paul, Angela, Corlynn, Anthony Jr., Elizabeth, Rhine, Lisa, Deborah, Bradley and John III; and great-grandchildren Jordan, Brianna, Haley, Matthew and Paige.
The funeral was held at the Mather-Hodge Funeral Home, Princeton.
Burial followed in Princeton Cemetery.

Robert A. Wilson
Robert A. "Bob" Wilson, 69, of Hightstown and Long Beach Island died Thursday from cancer.
Mr. Wilson received his education in the Hightstown area school system and the Peddie School and played soccer and basketball for both schools. He attended Rider College and served in the New Jersey National Guard. He continued playing basketball in recreation leagues throughout his young adulthood.
He was president of Gordon & Wilson Company, a family business established in 1935. He was a member of the Hightstown Lions Club, Jaycees, and coached St. Anthony’s CYO basketball.
He divided his time between Hightstown and his home on Long Beach Island, where he loved the beach. Upon his retirement, he traveled extensively throughout Europe and the Caribbean, with Switzerland being his favorite destination.
Predeceased by his parents, Arthur and Betty Wilson; he is survived by his life partner, Carol Erickson; three children, Robert Jr. of Bordentown, Scott and his wife, Laurie, of Lawrence Township, and Lori and her husband, Tim Huck, of Orlando, FL; grandchildren Erin, Jonathan, Collin, Bryan and Aidan Wilson and Jordan Huck; his former wife, Nancy Wilson, of Plainsboro; sister Jeri Wilson and her friend, Lil Blazakis, of East Windsor; and several cousins.
Funeral services were held at the Glackin/Saul Funeral Home, Hightstown. Private cremation followed.
