Raceway Park in Englishtown, home of the “Kawasaki Race of Champions” motocross event, will bring AMA championship supermoto to its established facility for the first time. The combination motorcycle/auto complex, already boasting an established amateur supermoto race scene, is sure to be one of the highest-attended events of the season. On Sunday June 3, Carey Hart will be make a return to Supermoto racing in Englishtown. He was the first motocross rider to do a back flip during extreme competition. Racers such as Jeff Ward, Chris Fillmore, Mark Burkhart and many more are also expected to be in attendance. For the qualifying and pro racing gates will open at 10 a.m. with opening ceremonies starting at 2:30 p.m. The park is located at 230 Pension Road, Englishtown. Tickets can be purchased at the Raceway Park box office, and will be available the day of the event. Tickets for Sunday admission are $10 for kids and $20 for adults.

Delicious Orchards has hired the network consulting and Web design company Pure Energy Concepts Inc., Long Branch, to create a fully customized e-commerce Web site, deliciousorcahrdsnjonline.com, that will let customers make their selections online and have them shipped immediately. The site is programmed to automatically account for seasonal shipping and specific shipping options by state, taking into account perishable goods. For example, sending fruit in the summer requires a different schedule than in the winter. The site is also programmed to account for the availability of certain products, such as pies for Thanksgiving, according to month and the season. Customers can order online starting June 1, 2007.

Riding High Farm will host its 20th Annual Friends and Family Day on Sunday, June 10, noon – 4 p.m., rain or shine.

A country barbecue plus pony rides, face painting, games, music, moon bounce, raffles including a 50/50 drawing, and much more will be there to be enjoyed for all those in attendance. Proceeds will benefit Riding High Farm’s Therapeutic Horseback Riding Programs.

Young professionals from all over New Jersey will gather June 27, 6-8:30 p.m., at Jumping Brook Country Club, 210 Jumping Brook Road, Neptune, for an evening of speed-networking at the June meeting of Young Professionals, Forty and Under, sponsored by the Lakewood Chamber of Commerce.

American Woman Fitness Center of Freehold, 3333 Route 9 north, is holding a “Fit Kids” camp this summer. Fit Kids is a fitness program designed to promote physical well-being and create a love for exercise among children. The camp will meet every Thursday from 4:30-5:30 p.m., beginning July 12 through Aug. 2. Cost is $75 per child for the 4-class session.
