   Two license plates were taken from a car parked at Foreign Specialties on North Main Street sometime between 5 p.m. on June 9, and 7 a.m. on June 11.
   The estimated value of the plates is $10.

   Joan C. Fisher, 50, of Plainfield, was charged with possession of CDS and drug paraphernalia at 11:04 p.m. on June 11. She was processed and released on recognizance.

   Rosalyn Fisher, 37, of North Sixth Avenue, was charged with possession of CDS, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of weapons, and hindering apprehension.
   She was transported to Somerset County Jail without bail.

   Rafael Perez, 42, of Queens, was charged with driving while suspended at 11:20 p.m. on June 11.
   He was turned over to Plainfield police on an outstanding traffic warrant after the charge was filed.

   At 9:09 a.m. on June 12, Dario Garmez, 34, of Bridgewater, was charged forwith driving without a license, and failure to show a license after he was stopped on Brooks Boulevard.

   At 1:12 p.m. on June 12, a Boesel Avenue resident reported $4,300 of items missing from her house.
   Police reported an exterior door was forced open, and a Gateway desktop computer, valued at $3,000, a laptop computer, valued at $200, a Canon camcorder, valued at $1,000, and three telephone handsets, valued at $100 each, missing from the residence.

   At 8:46 p.m. on June 12, Alvin Fleming, 56, of South Street, was charged with theft. A Spring Gardens employee allegedly saw him take $11 from the restaurant’s tip jar.

   Justin Levine, 19, of South 20th Avenue, was charged with disorderly conduct following a fight at the corner of Brooks Boulevard and North Fourth Avenue at 11:40 p.m. June 12.
   He was brought to headquarters, processed, and released to a family member.

   At 1:10 p.m. on June 16, a caller reported seeing a person throw a brick through the front window of Riccadonna’s Home Improvements on South Main Street, causing $400 in damage. Police patrols were unable to find the vandal.

   Kevin Williams Jr., 25, of South Street, was charged with disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, and resisting arrest after multiple callers reported someone breaking a window on a car parked at Pure Go-Go nightclub at 11:56 p.m. on June 16.
   Casey Van Ness, 24, also of South Street, was charged with disorderly conduct following the same incident.
   Both Mr. Williams and Ms. Van Ness were transported to Somerset Medical Center for minor injuries before being transported to Somerset County Jail.
