   Bruce Redrup, 44, of Roycefield Road, received summonses for driving while intoxicated, improper passing, failure to stop for emergency vehicles and reckless driving after police pulled him over for speeding on Roycefield Road at 5:37 p.m. June 17.
   Mr. Redrup was taken into custody after failing field sobriety tests. At the police station, he was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.09 percent.
   The legal limit as set by state law is 0.08 percent.
   Mr. Berg was taken to Somerset County Jail with bail set at $20,000 with 10 percent to apply.

   John Orzechowski, 26, of Bluebird Drive, was charged with aggravated assault on police in the fourth degree, terroristic threats in the third degree and obstruction after police tried to question him at 8:38 p.m. June 11.
   Police were speaking to Mr. Orzechowski about illegal ATV riding in the field near his home, when he allegedly flicked a lit cigarette at one officer and threatened another.
   Mr. Orzechowski was taken to Somerset County Jail without bail.

   Jennifer Laggini, 31, of Lawrence Township, was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated and careless driving after police pulled her over for swerving on Route 206 at 2:48 a.m. June 16.
   Ms. Laggini was taken into custody after failing several field sobriety tests. At the police station, her blood alcohol level was found to be 0.09 percent.
   Ms. Laggini was released to the custody of her mother.

   Aaron Goodwin, 21, of Bridgewater; Vincent Gleeson, 19, of Berkley Township; and Johnathan Kersis, 19, of Dogwood Drive, were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia when police found two syringes in the vehicle they were riding in on Route 206.
   Police investigated after Mr. Gleeson got out of the vehicle and ran across lanes to another vehicle while both were stopped at a red light at 3:23 p.m. June 13.
   Mr. Goodwin, who was driving, was also issued summonses for improper loading of passengers, CDS in a vehicle, and possession of paraphernalia pipe.

   Michael Bakaletz, 20, of Renard Drive, and Matthew Pfriender, 20, of Apple Hill Road, were both charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police pulled the vehicle they were in over for drifting over lanes on Sunnymead Road at 12:41 a.m. June 5.
   Mr. Bakaletz, who was driving, was also issued motor vehicle summonses for failure to maintain lane and CDS in a motor vehicle.

   William Matsil, 19, of Stonewyck Drive, was issued summonses for obstruction, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding and reckless driving after police pulled him over for traveling 48 mph in a 28-mph zone on Pleasantview Road at 8:39 p.m. June 4.
   Mr. Matsil was processed and released.

   Ismail Perez, 21, of Farm Road, was charged with burglary after he was found going through the glove compartment of a 1998 Ford Expedition belonging to a Robin Road resident at 1:44 p.m. June 9.
   According to police, Mr. Perez entered the car through the unlocked door. Police found a black date planner, an orange pumpkin teddy bear and a packet of small locks on the pavement near the vehicle. Nothing was reported missing.
   Mr. Perez was taken to Somerset County Jail with bail set at $20,000 with 10 percent to apply.

   Mark Garcia, 27, of Plainfield, was issued summonses for a cracked windshield, improper passing, CDS in a vehicle and possession of under 50 grams of marijuana after police pulled him over for swerving on Route 206 at 10:17 a.m. June 12.
   Mr. Garcia was processed at the police station and released.

   A Bree Court resident reported someone broke into her 2007 Mazda CX7 sometime between 11 p.m. May 29 and 6 a.m. May 30.
   Police reported that a Magellan GPS unit, New Jersey registration and a Liberty Mutual insurance card, with a total value of $315, was missing from the glove box.
   According to the police report, there was no sign of forced entry, but the driver side door lock was broken. The value of the lock was priced at $300.
