DOYLESTOWN, Pa. Stella R. Sulla died June 23 at Neshaminy Manor in Washington, Pa. She was 88.
Born in Elizabeth, she had been a resident of Manville, Bridgewater and Hillsborough, moving to Doylestown six years ago.
Mrs. Sulla worked as a lab technician for RCA in Bridgewater for 20 years, retiring in 1990.
She was a member of the Manville Fire Co. No. 3 Ladies Auxiliary and the Somerville Columbiettes.
She had been a past Girl Scout Leader in Bridgewater and member of the Somerset County Board of Elections.
She was a past communicant of Immaculate Conception Church in Somerville and Anna Tyler and Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Doylestown, Pa.
Her husband, John Sulla, died in 1959; a son, John Jeffrey Sulla, died in 1961; and three brothers, William, Charles and Alexander Specian, are deceased.
Surviving are a son, Greg of Finesville; three daughters, Frances Ann Kramer of Warrington, Pa., Bonnie Fluck of Providence, R.I., and Joan Calabrese of Bridgewater; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Anthony Specian of Bound Brook and Leo Specian of Manville.
The funeral will begin at 8:30 a.m. today (Thursday) from Ketusky Funeral Home in Manville, followed by a 9:30 a.m. Mass at Immaculate Conception Church in Somerville. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Hillsborough.
