Duke Farms of Hillsborough will offer guided scenic bike tours for the whole family from 8-10 a.m. every Saturday morning from July 7 through October. Fees are $10 for adults (12 and older); children $5 (up to age 12), children riding in bike seats or trailers are free. All riders required to ride for two hours, unassisted. Participants are required to bring their own mountain bikes and protective headgear for the bike tours. Duke Farms in Hillsborough offers a stroll on the "Walk on the Wild Side" trail that is open for a daytime self-guided walk from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. Join the Delaware and Raritan Canal State Park’s Naturalist on a hike into the Six Mile Run Reservoir Area located in the Blackwells Mills section of Franklin Township in Somerset County to seek out some of nature’s more common edible and medicinal plants. Congressman Mike Ferguson, R-6th, will be touring the new Adult Day Services at Brookhaven facility in Hillsborough at 3:30 p.m. July 20.
