Jack Cover

   HILLSBOROUGH — Jack L. Cover died July 12 at Somerset Medical Center in Hillsborough. He was 65.
   Born in Peru, Ind., he moved to Hillsborough in 1978.
   Mr. Cover, a chemist, began his career with Corn Products Company in Chicago, continuing with Best Foods in Union and retired from Unilever of Englewood Cliffs in 2002 after working a combined service of 38 years.
   He was a member of Montgomery Ministries.
   Surviving are his wife, Carol Cover; a son, Chris of Hillsborough, his step-mother, Joan Cover; two step-sisters, Ellen Cofer and Nancy Fields; and step-brother, Sid Cover.
   A funeral service was held July 17 from First United Methodist Church in Somerville.
