   Ismael Perez, 21, of Farm Road, was charged with two counts of burglary, two counts of theft and one count of fraudulent use of a credit card after police found he had attempted to use a stolen credit card at an ATM.
   Police said two Farm Road residents reported on May 27 that their vehicles had been broken into during the night. One victim reported missing credit and debit cards, police said.
   Mr. Perez was released after posting a $1,000 cash bond.

Kelly Garces, 28, of Brookside Lane, was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right and refusal to submit to a breathalyzer after police pulled her over on Farm Road for crossing over a double yellow line on Andria Avenue at 11:43 p.m. July 1.
   Ms. Garces was taken into custody after she failed field sobriety tests.
   She was processed and released to the custody of her sister.

Richard Haluko, 30, of Flemington, was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain his vehicle’s lights when police pulled him over on Bloomingdale Drive after noticing his right headlight was not working at 2:47 a.m. July 1.
   Mr. Haluko was taken into custody after failing field sobriety tests.
   Mr. Haluko’s blood alcohol level was found to be 0.07 percent. The legal limit as allowed by New Jersey state law is 0.08 percent.
   He was processed and released to a friend.

Cassandra Grappi, 19, of California, was issued a summons for soliciting without a permit after she was found at Jamestown Commons selling magazines without a permit to solicit from Hillsborough Township at 6:45 p.m. July 6.

Brian Derkacz, 24, of Mill Lane, was issued a nonindictable summons for fireworks possession after police saw unexploded fireworks on the ground at his home at 9:02 p.m. July 9.
   Police had been called to the scene after a witness saw fireworks going off in the area.

Leah Buttacavoli, 22, of Bree Court, was charged with possession of a hypodermic needle after police observed the orange cap of the needle in her pocket at 12:37 a.m. July 11.
   Police had responded to a report Ms. Buttacavoli had a flat tire on Raider Boulevard, and observed that she appeared to be drugged.

Antonio Guzman, 18, of Somerville, was charged with hindering apprehension after police questioned him when they found him walking northbound on Route 206 at 10:17 a.m. June 17.
   Mr. Guzman admitted there was an active warrant for his arrest for delinquent child support as police searched records for a false name he had given.
   Mr. Guzman was taken into custody and turned over to the Somerset County Sheriff’s Department in lieu of $2,480 bail.
