Jacob McCollick Robinson

   Jacob McCollick Robinson, 25, of Lorane, Ore., died recently in Brooklyn, N.Y., due to complications of diabetes.
   Born in Raritan Township, he lived in Hopewell before moving to Lorane, Ore., in 1991.
   He was a graduate of South Eugene High School and Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, Wash., where he graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree. He was a dancer for Mary Scott Productions in Seattle, Wash. He was a triple threat — a person who can act, dance and sing.
   The son of Barbara J. and the late John J. Robinson, he is survived by a twin brother, August Robinson of Cottage Grove, Ore.; a brother Luke Robinson of Eugene, Ore.; two sisters, Beth Robinson of Cottage Grove, Ore., and Carey Robinson of Lorane, Ore.; his maternal grandmother, Stalla Schaible of Alexandria Township; a nephew, Corbin Rose of Lorane, Ore.; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
   A memorial service will be held on Aug. 4 at noon at the Johnson-Walton Funeral Home, 24 Church Road, Holland Township.
   Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to time of service.
