BORDENTOWN CITY
   On July 29 at 12:32 a.m., Leonard Barber, 48, of Pemberton was charged with driving while intoxicated.
   While on patrol, police said they came to a red light and stopped behind Mr. Barber’s vehicle on Routes 130 and 206 south at Crosswicks Street. When the light turned green, the vehicle remained stopped for 10 seconds before slowly moving on, drifting into the second lane, police said. Police said upon reaching the split of Routes 130 and 206, the vehicle quickly changed lanes onto Route 206 south without using a turn signal.
   Mr. Barber was also served with summons for refusal to submit to a breath test, driving while suspended, reckless driving, failure to signal and being an unlicensed driver.
   Mr. Barber was released to a friend, pending a court appearance.

   On July 26 at 11:48 p.m., police said they saw a vehicle make an illegal right turn on a red light at Butts Avenue and Routes 130 and 206.
   Police said the driver, Peter Jones, 39, of Trenton was found to be a suspended driver wanted on three warrants. Mr. Jones was charged and taken to police headquarters. Police said during a search, a white powdery substance police suspected to be cocaine, was found in Mr. Jones’ possession.
   Mr. Jones was charged with possession of CDS, and issued a summons for driving while suspended.
   He was then turned over to the Trenton Police Department for traffic warrants.

   Police investigated the reported theft of a motorcycle on July 26 at 5:29 p.m. from a Park Street resident. Police said the motorcycle was described as a blue 1996 Harley Davidson and reported to be valued at $7,000. The resident told police the bike was last seen at 6 p.m. the day before.
