William Fisher, 40, of Massachusetts, was charged with possession of CDS and possession of a hypodermic needle when police pulled over the car in which he was a passenger on Route 206 because of a cracked taillight at 3:14 a.m. July 19.
Mr. Fisher was taken into custody after police found a needle between the passenger seat and center console of the vehicle.
Mr. Fisher was transported to Somerset County Jail and bail was set at $20,000.
The driver of the vehicle, Hope Klein-Fier, 48, of Massachusetts, was issued a summons for improper maintenance of lamps. She was released.

Marc Khan, 19, of Woods Road; Ricky Shah, 19, of Brookside Lane; and Anthony Visicaro, 20, of Pembroke Terrace, were issued summonses for underage drinking when the car in which they were passengers was pulled over on Auten Road for having a light out on the vehicle’s rear license plate at 2:30 a.m. July 28.
Mr. Khan, Mr. Shah and Mr. Visicaro were taken into custody after they allegedly admitted to underage drinking.
At the police station, they were tested by an Intoxilyzer S-D5, which gave a positive reading for alcohol consumption.
They were all processed and released.

A Wescott Road resident reported that the rear window of his vehicle was broken while it was in his driveway sometime between 9:30 p.m. July 25 and 11:45 a.m. July 26. The cost of replacing the window was estimated at $200.
Repairmen found a large stone under the front seat of the car while replacing the window July 26.

An airplane made an emergency landing at the Roycebrook Golf Course on Hamilton Road after a fuse blew, preventing the wing flaps from retracting at 10:52 a.m. Aug. 4.
No one was injured.

Krzysztof Okulczyk, 45, of Manville, was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right and failure to signal after police saw him driving over the double yellow lines on Route 206 and making a right turn onto Farm Road without signaling at 2:47 a.m. Aug. 5.
Mr. Okulczyk was taken into custody after he failed several field sobriety tests.
At the police station, Mr. Okulczyk was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.11 percent. State law says a 0.08 percent reading means the driver is legally intoxicated.
Mr. Okulczyk was processed and released.

Lucas Gardner, 27, of Willow Road, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and third-degree possession of heroin, and issued a summons for possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle after police pulled him over on Walnut Grove Road in connection with an active arrest warrant from Manville at 8:20 p.m. July 22, police said.
Mr. Gardner was taken into custody as mandated by the warrant for shoplifting in Manville Borough, police said.
Police also found a small glass pipe in his right pants pocket, and six empty and two full heroin paper folds in his wallet, police said.
Mr. Gardner was processed and transported to the Manville Borough Police Department as per the warrant.

Kempson Wall, 24, of Flagtown, was charged with driving while intoxicated and having a loud muffler after police pulled him over on New Centre Road and Roycefield Road at 2:37 a.m. July 21.
Mr. Wall was taken into custody after he failed several field sobriety tests and a breath test, police said.
At the police station, Mr. Wall was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.08 percent, police said. The legal limit as mandated by state law is 0.08 percent.
Mr. Wall was processed and released to a friend.

Michael Palmer, 43, of Route 206, was charged with driving while intoxicated and careless driving after a motor vehicle accident on the corner of Route 206 and Brooks Boulevard at 10 p.m. July 20.
Mr. Palmer was taken into custody after he failed several field sobriety tests and a breath test, police said.
At the police station, Mr. Palmer was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.27 percent, police said.
Mr. Palmer was processed and released to his brother.
The two vehicles involved in the accident sustained slight cosmetic damages, but there were no injuries, police said.
