LAMBERTVILLE Marie Curtin, 92, died Thursday, Aug. 9, at home.
Born in Elizabeth, she was the widow of John Curtin and daughter of the late Andrew and Irene Higgins Gully.
Ms. Curtin was a member of the Altar Rosary Society of St. John the Evangelist Church, the Lambertville Chamber of Commerce, the Lambertville Board of Elections and the Lambertville Chapter of Deborah Heart and Lung Hospital.
She is survived by her brother-in-law and his wife, Joseph and Doris Curtin; her sister-in-law, Jean Curtin; her nieces and nephews, Sharon Neylon, Kathleen Semko, James Curtin, Rebecca Braun, Frank Curtin, Jim Curtin, Jeffery Curtin, Daniel Curtin and Joanne Daniels; and many grandnieces and grandnephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held Tuesday at the church. Burial followed at the church cemetery.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Van Horn-McDonough Funeral Home, Lambertville.

WEST AMWELL Michael Jay Kapsimalis, 50, died Thursday, Aug. 9, at the Virtua Memorial Hospital in Mt. Holly, N.J.
Born in Jersey City, Mr. Kapsimalis had lived in the Hunterdon and Bucks counties areas all his life and in West Amwell for the past six years.
He was a member of the New Hope Community Church.
For more than 20 years, he worked for Polycel Corp. in Bound Brook and was a manager for Catalent Pharmaceutical in Northeast Philadelphia.
Son of the late James Kapsimalis, he is survived by his mother, Edith Jacobi Kapsimalis of Columbus; two daughters, Chelsea Anne Brown of El Paso, Texas, and Jessica Marie Kapsimalis of Wildwood, N.J.; one brother and a sister-in-law, John and Karen of Columbus; two nephews, Roger and Nick and a niece, Christina, all of Columbus; his twin sister, Nina Kapsimalis of West Amwell; and another niece, Holly Pimentel Kapsimalis.
Calling hours will be tomorrow (Aug. 17) from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Garefino Funeral Home, Lambertville. Memorial services will be private.

LAMBERTVILLE Jesse "Jack" Mason Jr., 95, died Monday, Aug. 6, at the Rolling Hills at Hunterdon Care Center in Clinton Township.
Born in West Amwell, he was a lifelong Lambertville area resident.
Mr. Mason owned and operated Mason’s Tavern and Liquor Store in Lambertville for 67 years before retiring two years ago.
He also owned a septic tank business in Lambertville from 1938 to 1980. Earlier, he worked at Sklute’s Cleaners in Lambertville.
He attended Lambertville’s First Ward School.
Active in many community activities, he was a former member of the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church where he served as trustee and treasurer, a member of the Fleetwing Fire Company of Lambertville and was active with the Masonic Lodge in Trenton.
In 1988, the city of Lambertville honored Mr. Mason with a celebration marking his 50th anniversary in business.
He was the husband of the late Bertha Williamson and the late Gladys Martin, son of the late Jesse Sr. and Beatrice McFadden Mason and brother of the late Clarence, Raymond, Winifred and Ruth.
He is survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
The funeral services was held Friday at the Van Horn-McDonough Funeral Home, Lambertville. Burial followed at Holcombe-Riverview Cemetery, Delaware Township.
LEVITTOWN, Pa. Frank "Jim" Lewis, 72, died Saturday, Aug. 11, at home.
Born and raised in Lambertville, he moved to Levittown two years ago.
He was a longtime member and instructor of the Lambertville Drum and Bugle Corps as well as the Hawthorne Cabelleros Drum and Bugle Corps.
He was the widower of Judy Lewis, to whom he was married 45 years.
Surviving are his brother, Donald of Lambertville; two daughters and sons-in-law, Karen and Rick Heinemann of Lambertville and Patty and Tony Proscia of Levittown; and three grandchildren, Tanya and A.J. Proscia of Levittown and Zach Heinemann of Lambertville.
Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Van Horn-McDonough Funeral Home, Lambertville. Burial followed in Holcombe-Riverview Cemetery, Delaware Township.

HAMILTON James Colello Sr., 93, died Thursday, Aug. 9, at Capital Health Systems at Fuld.
Born in Newtown, Pa., he lived in Hamilton for many years.
He worked for Lavelle Aircraft Corporation prior to his retirement.
He was a member of the St. Raphael’s Holy Angels Parish at Holy Angels.
He was the son of the late Nicola and Carminicia Fratiani Colello, widower of Mary Mandl Colello, to whom he was married 63 years, and brother of the late Antonio Colello, Mae McCusker, Josephine Candelet and Sarah Vargo.
He is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, James Jr. and Karen Colello of Hamilton; two grandchildren, Annemarie and her husband, Michael Spahr of Corona, Calif., and James Colello III of Hamilton; two great-grandsons, Nicholas and Jacob Spahr of Corona; two brothers, John Colello of Palmer, Ark., and William Colello of Quarryville, Pa.; three sisters, Helen Shafer of Miami, Mary and her husband, Fay Shepperd of Lambertville and Rose Smith of Sherburne, N.Y.; his brothers-in-law, Frank Mandl of Florida and Louis and his wife, Frances Mandl of Burlington; his sisters-in-law, Ceil Mandl of Hamilton, Lucille Salyma of Whiting and Joyce Mandl of Waretown; and many nieces and nephews.
The funeral was held Tuesday from the Buklad Memorial Home, Hamilton. A Mass of Christian Burial was held at the church. Entombment followed in St. Mary’s Cemetery Mausoleum in Hamilton.
