BORDENTOWN CITY
   Police responded to Bob Maguire Chevrolet on Route 206 after a passing motorist reported suspicious activity in the lot after business hours, at 10:30 p.m. on Aug. 1. Police said no one was in the lot but a vehicle had two tired removed, but left at the scene. Bordentown Township assisted in the investigation.
FLORENCE
   Police said Joseph D. Cicalese, 21, of Jackson, was charged with driving under the influence, refusal to submit to an alcohol test, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession in a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and urinating in public at 2:27 a.m. on Aug. 12. Police said officers saw him urinate on the side of Florence-Columbus Road, then return to his car where he got in the driver’s seat. Police said he was determined to have been driving under the influence of alcohol and two glass pipes used to smoke marijuana were found in the car. He was released pending a court date.
