Stephen J. Goeke, 67, died Aug. 16 at his home.
Born in Princeton, he has been a resident of Bordentown for several years.
He was a veteran of the United States Navy, and worked as a physical plant engineer with Educational Testing Service, Princeton.
Preceded in death by his parents Frederick and Matie Goeke, two baby sisters, two brothers, William and James Edward Goeke, and a stepson Brian Kranch, he is survived by his wife Veronica Goeke; children Stephen Goeke and his wife Patricia, James Goeke and his wife Crystal, Laura Ann Hess and her husband James; grandchildren Benjamin and Ariston; step-children Bret Smith and his son Kyle, and Karen Kmiec, her husband Jason and children Emily and Bryan; brothers, Frederick Goeke and wife Audrey, Robert Goeke and wife Virginia and Charles Goeke; sisters Elizabeth Martin and husband Viviano, Veronica Pettipas and husband Paul, Virginia Holly and husband Fred; sisters-in-law, Mary and Brenda Goeke; 18 nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and nephews; and many cousins and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Alphonsus Roman Catholic Church, Princeton Avenue, Hopewell.
Interment will follow in Highland Cemetery.
Calling hours will be Monday from 7-9 p.m. at the Cromwell-Immordino Memorial Home, 71 E. Prospect St., Hopewell.
