FLORENCE
   Two women were charged after police said they found marijuana in their vehicle, which was pulled over for speeding. Police said a silver Ford was stopped at 10:28 p.m. Sunday on West Front Street. Police said officers smelled marijuana when talking to the driver, Jacqueline Erickson, 18, of Edgewater Park. Police said marijuana and drug paraphernalia were found in the car. Ms. Erickson was charged with speeding, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, and possession of paraphernalia. The passenger, Samantha Germani, 18, of Edgewater Park, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Both were released on their own recognizance.

   Two Burlington women were charged with outstanding warrants after police responded to a report that they were arguing outside the Route 130 Wawa store at 3:18 a.m. Aug. 16. Police said Heidi Schwartz, 23, and Ashley Lukach, 22, were having an argument outside the convenience store. Ms. Schwartz had warrants totaling $1,330 for failing to appear in court in Burlington City and Delran Township, and was turned over to Delran police when she could not post bail, police said. Ms. Lukach was charged with $3,100 in warrants from the Burlington County Sheriff’s Department and Burlington City and was charged with possession of prescription drugs that were not prescribed to her. She was lodged in the Minimum Security Facility in lieu of bail.

   Police said Christopher Lippincott, 28, of Roebling, was charged with burglary, two counts of theft, trespassing, criminal mischief and possession of a weapon at 4:26 p.m. on Aug. 14 after police received information alleging that he had stolen alcohol from two houses on Fifth Avenue in Roebling. Police said Mr. Lippincott had reportedly climbed over fences to enter rear porches and steal bottles of alcohol. Police said in one house, he entered through a sliding glass door. Police said Mr. Lippincott was found in the 200 block of Sixth Avenue, where he was found to have an expandable baton in his possession. He was lodged in Burlington County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail.
MANSFIELD
   Police said two Southampton men were charged with theft of an ATV and other charges after they were found off Route 206 with a vehicle that police said had been chained to a utility pole nearby with a "For Sale" sign on it.
   Police said Theodore J. Kmetz Jr., 45, and Robert R. Lewis, 37, were seen at 1:26 a.m. Sunday at Route 206 south and Railroad Avenue with a gray pickup truck dragging a quad-runner ATV behind. Police said they recognized the vehicle and stopped and questioned the two men. The vehicle was valued at $3,200. Both men were charged with theft of a motor vehicle, conspiracy and possession of burglar’s tools. Both were lodged in Burlington County Jail in Mount Holly in lieu of $20,000 bail.
