Thomas Gottlick, no age given, of Van Nest Drive, was charged with leaving a dog unattended in his vehicle at 1:53 p.m. Aug. 13.
A caller reported a missing bicycle at 8 p.m. Aug. 13. The blue and black 20-inch BMX bike is valued at $500.
A Huff Avenue resident reported two eggs were thrown on the south side of their home at 5:57 a.m. Aug. 14. Police reported there was no damage to the building.
Matthew Covert, 26, of Whalen Street, was charged with driving while intoxicated at 11:57 p.m. Aug. 15.
Police reported seeing Mr. Covert’s vehicle cross into another traffic lane, and administered a roadside sobriety test.
He was released to a friend after processing.
Josue Vasquez, 24, of Brooks Boulevard, was charged with driving while intoxicated after police saw his vehicle cross into another traffic lane on Brooks Boulevard at 2:10 a.m. Aug. 16.
Mr. Vasquez was charged after failing sobriety tests, and was released to a family member after processing.
A resident reported missing her wallet at 9:08 a.m. Aug 16. The pink leather wallet contained a New Jersey driver’s license, a Social Security card, an ATM card, a Manville High School student ID, and $50 cash.
A shopper at Wal-Mart on North Main Street reported the theft of a wallet from the store’s bathroom at 12:03 p.m. Aug. 16. The wallet contained a New Jersey driver’s license, a Social Security card, credit cards, and $50 cash.
The owner of Santis Cabinetry on Brooks Boulevard reported finding the front window scratched at 9:45 a.m. Aug. 17. The estimated damaged is $200.
At 4:54 a.m. Aug. 17, a caller reported the theft of a Sirius satellite radio receiver, Model Xact, while his unlocked vehicle was parked on North Eighth Avenue. The unit’s estimated value is $125.
Lorraine Martine was charged with trespassing at 6:43 a.m. Aug. 19, after being asked to leave the South Street residence where she had previously lived.
Ms. Martine was transported to Somerset County Jail in default of $500 bail.
