Submissions sought for Rocky Hill art event

Rocky Hill Citizens for Responsible Growth (RH CRG) is inviting artists of all ages from any New Jersey community to submit art works for a fall exhibition titled "Community Collage." What do you love about your neighborhood or town? What’s worth preserving?
The Community Collage will be composed of reproductions/copies of art works including drawing, poetry, photography and painting. All work will be displayed in an 8-1/2" x 11" format.
Work can be submitted by e-mail to [email protected] or display-ready copies can be dropped off at the Mary Jacobs Library, Rocky Hill, or the Montgomery Center for the Arts. Also, work can also be mailed to RH CRG, P.O. Box 814, Rocky Hill 08553.
The deadline for submissions is Sept. 30.
The Opening Celebration will be Sunday, Oct. 21, at the Montgomery Center for the Arts. The exhibition will run there through Friday, Oct. 26, then move to the Mary Jacobs Library, where it will run through November.
RH CRG is a nonprofit grassroots organization that was founded by Rocky Hill residents to strengthen preservation efforts within and around Rocky Hill’s built and natural environment.
