Floyd Weinstock
Dr. Floyd Weinstock, 53, of Pennington, died Friday of a traumatic brain injury sustained in a rollerblading accident.
Dr. Weinstock was an ophthalmologist in private practice in Lawrenceville.
A 1975 graduate of Princeton University, he earned his medical degree at The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine in 1979 and trained at Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia.
Born in White Plains, N.Y., he resided in Chicago and Philadelphia before settling in Pennington 21 years ago.
A pianist, he was known for his interest in film, theater and modern art. He also played high school soccer and often was seen rollerblading on Pennington-area roads.
Dr. Weinstock is survived by his wife of 32 years, Maureen (nee O’Neill); and children, Erin Weinstock, 21, a graduate of Stuart Country Day School and Hamilton College, and Princeton Day School graduate Matthew Weinstock, 19, who attends Brown University.
A memorial service was held Tuesday at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Princeton, Princeton.
Arrangements were by Blackwell Funeral Home, Pennington.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Princeton Day School Scholarship Fund.
Dorothy
Bogert Savidge
Dorothy Bogert Savidge, 92, of Washington, Vt., died Monday in Sewell.
She and her family were residents of the Hopewell Township-Lambertville area for many years.
Born in Wycoff, she attended school in Hackensack and graduated from Trenton State College in 1935 with a degree in elementary education.
She taught elementary school in Point Pleasant, West Amwell and Hopewell Township school systems.
Predeceased by her parents Ella Hoover and Leroy Duthie Bogert, her husband of 70 years, George S. Savidge, who died on March 27, and her sister, Thelma Roby, she is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Jane and James Jefferis of Monroeville; sons and daughters-in-law, David and Mary of Washington, Vt., Peter and Brenda of Princeton, Paul of Falmouth Foreside, Maine, and Mark of Chelsea, Vt.; 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and many friends.
She was a member of the United Church of Chelsea, Vt. She was active in the Senior Citizens of Chelsea, Vt., and was a member of the Green Mountain Hooking Guild.
Graveside services will be held on Sept. 1 at 11 a.m. at Highland Cemetery, Hopewell.
A remembrance service on a date to be announced will be held in Chelsea, Vt.

Thomas Robinson
Thomas Robinson, 55, died Friday at Compassionate Care Hospice at St. Francis Medical Center.
Born in Newark, Mr. Robinson was a resident of Hopewell for many years.
He is a veteran of the United States Air Force, worked as a sheet metal technician for over 30 years and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Mr. Robinson is preceded in death by his parents John and Julia Robinson and his brother John Robinson. He is survived by his wife Victoria White Robinson; children Tory Lynn Barbolish, Coleene Ann Robinson and Michael Robinson; a granddaughter Shay Lynn Barbolish; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service was held Wednesday at the Cromwell-Immordino Memorial Home, Hopewell, with the Rev. Craig M. Casey officiating.
Interment was private.
