   A Walker Drive resident reported that her bicycle and bicycle rack were stolen from her property sometime between 8 p.m. Aug. 3 and 4 a.m. Aug. 4.
   Police said the bicycle was valued at $346.44 and the rack was valued at $120.

   Sean Reardon, 20, of Rocky Hill, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated when police pulled him over on Route 206 because a cigarette had been thrown out the driver’s side window at 2:41 a.m. Aug. 11.
   Mr. Reardon was taken into custody after a breath test detected alcohol on his breath and he failed several field sobriety tests.
   At the police station, Mr. Reardon was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.13 percent. The legal limit as mandated by New Jersey state law is 0.08 percent.
   Police said Mr. Reardon’s passenger, Justin Gandino, 19, of Skillman, claimed to have thrown the cigarette out the window and was issued a summons for throwing debris from a vehicle.

Wendy Rapkin, 47, of Starview Drive, was issued summons for speeding and driving while intoxicated after police pulled her over on Auten Road for driving 50 mph on a 35-mph road at 11:51 p.m. Aug. 10.
   Ms. RapinRapkin was taken into custody after a tests detected alcohol on her breath and she failed several field sobriety tests.
   At the police station, Ms. Rapkin was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.15 percent.
   Ms. Rapkin was processed and released to the custody of her husband.

A Flemming Drive resident reported that someone scratched the rear driver side door, back and passenger side of her vehicle sometime between 12:30 p.m. Aug. 20 and 11 a.m. Aug. 21. Police said the estimated cost of the damage was $400, and that scratches appeared to have been made by a sharp object.

Larry Eaton II, 29, of New York, was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia after police pulled over the vehicle in which he was a passenger on Route 206 because of a loud muffler and because the vehicle’s owner had a suspended license, at 12:53 a.m. Aug. 23.
   According to police, the vehicle’s insurance had expired, but Mr. Eaton said the vehicle belonged to his girlfriend and he did not know about the expired insurance or suspended license.
   Police reported they smelled marijuana in the vehicle, and Mr. Eaton was taken into custody after he gave police a pipe and marijuana he had been keeping in his pants pocket.
   The driver of the vehicle, Jeffrey Coyle, 27, of New York, was originally charged with possession of CDS to the third degree when police found a valium pill in his pants pocket. According to police, his charge was later downgraded to a disorderly person’s offense for possession of prescription legend drug.
   Mr. Coyle also received motor vehicle summons for uninsured vehicle and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle.
