Annual Montgomery blood drive set for Sept. 11

MONTGOMERY — To honor the lives lost and forever changed on Sept. 11, Montgomery Township will hold its annual memorial blood drive from noon to 8 p.m. Sept. 11 in the Montgomery High School gymnasium.
The drive is sponsored by the Montgomery Township Committee with the support of Montgomery High School and the Montgomery Township Health Department. All donors will be given a T-shirt and be entered in a raffle at the blood drive.
"Blood donation is an easy process that doesn’t take much time out of your day but does a world of good," said the township’s health officer Stephanie Carey, who is organizing the 9-11 Blood Drive with Pam Gizzi, the nurse for Montgomery High School.
To donate, contact Ms. Carey at 908-359-8211, ext. 245 or e-mail her at [email protected].
