OBITUARY: Nora Scott Wilmot

Longtime Princeton resident

    Nora Scott Wilmot, died Thursday at Nyack Hospital. She was 89.
   She had lived in Princeton since 1959.
   Born in Newry, County Down, Northern Ireland, she immigrated to the United States as a young girl.
   Daughter of the late Edward and Edith Scott, and widow of the late John R. Wilmot, she is survived by her daughter, Anne Wilmot, of Floyd, Va.
   Ms. Wilmot was a long-time member of Trinity Church in Princeton and for many years volunteered at the annual rummage sale and St. Nicholas Bazaar.
   The funeral and burial will be private.
   In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ms. Wilmot’s name to Myasthenia Gravis Foundation, Garden State Chapter, 400 Morris Ave., Denville, NJ 07834-1362. Arrangements are under the direction of The Mather-Hodge Funeral Home, Princeton.
