Terhune Orchards, at 330 Cold Soil Road, in Lawrence, invites photographers of all ages (amateurs, students and professionals) to submit photos for their first ever juried farm photo show, running Oct. 12 through 28.
So many people take pictures at the farm that Terhune Orchards would now like to share them with everyone. Choose one of two themes, “What I love About Terhune Orchards” or “Fun at the Farm.” Terhune Orchards will host the photo exhibit in their old barn in October. The opening reception will be held at 5 p.m. Oct. 12 and is open to the public. Entries will be juried by famous local photographers.
Photos submitted must have been taken at Terhune Orchards and be relevant to one of the themes; limit of two entries per person. Entry deadline is Oct. 9. Full details and entry forms are available at www.terhuneorchards.com/eventpage_photo_contest.
