Joshua Girvin, 25, of Melbourne, Fla., was charged with driving while intoxicated 3:16 a.m. Friday subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Nassau Street. He was transported to police headquarters, processed and released on his own recognizance.
Angeliki Glynou, 47, of Bordentown, was charged with driving while intoxicated 1:50 a.m. Saturday subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Nassau Street. She was transported to police headquarters, processed and released on her own recognizance.
Martin Jancik, 21, of Hendersonville, Tenn., was charged with driving while intoxicated 2:20 a.m. Sunday following a motor vehicle accident investigation on Roper Lane. In addition, Ariel Rodgers, 21, of Evanston, Ill., was charged with obstructing the administration of law 10:05 p.m. Sunday after she fled the scene on foot to avoid police questioning in reference to the investigation, police said. Ms. Rodgers was apprehended and she and Mr. Jancik were transported to police headquarters, processed and released on their own recognizance.
Magdaleno Lopez-Leyva, 33, of Princeton was charged with obstructing the administration of law and urinating in public at 2:22 a.m. Saturday following a pedestrian stop on Nassau Street and Moran Avenue. Ms. Lopez-Leyva fled the scene on foot to avoid police, according to the report. She was apprehended and was transported to police headquarters, where she was processed and released on her own recognizance.
Thomas Kriegsmann, 32, of New York City was arrested 9:21 a.m. Sunday on a warrant of $236 out of North Hunterdon Municipal Court subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Elm Road. He was transported to police headquarters, processed and released on bail.
Trevarrius Milton, 28, of Marlton, was arrested at 1:05 p.m. Sunday on a warrant of $500 out of Lawnside Municipal Court following a motor vehicle stop on Washington Road. He was transported to police headquarters, processed and released on bail.
Brian Thomas, 49, of Holland, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated 11:53 p.m. Tuesday subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Harrison Street, police said. He was transported to police headquarters, processed and released on his own recognizance.
Michael Wilk, 38, of Princeton was charged with driving while intoxicated 2:07 a.m. Thursday subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Nassau Street, police said. He was transported to police headquarters, processed and released on his own recognizance.
Reid Taylor, 49, of South Orange, was arrested on a warrant of $165 issued by the Hillsborough Municipal Court at 1:20 p.m. Wednesday following a motor vehicle stop on Witherspoon Street, police said. He was transported to police headquarters, processed and released on bail.
Montgomery
Police issued Frederick Victor-Lacisz, 44, of Bethlehem, Pa., a summons for driving while suspended at 9:26 a.m. Monday. After running a random license plate inquiry, police said they determined three warrants had been issued for his arrest and stopped his car on The Great Road. He posted the required $448 bail, police said.
Police responded to an Airpark Road business for a report of a theft at 8:49 p.m. Tuesday. The company’s owner reported that he had been away for about two weeks and that when he returned to his office he found his computer hard drive, computer monitor and telephone missing. There were no signs of forced entry, police said. The computer equipment was valued at $400 and the telephone at $300.
Gary Appio, 51, of South Brunswick was stopped for failure to maintain a single lane on Belle Mead-Griggstown Road near Jamestown Road at 11:44 p.m. Wednesday, police reported. During the stop, police said, they detected an odor of alcohol on Mr. Appio’s breath and he later failed several field sobriety tests. He was charged with driving while intoxicated.
West Windsor
Jacquelyn Buie, 52 of Trenton was charged with shoplifting about 6 p.m. Tuesday after stealing $165 in merchandise from The Avenue store in the Windsor Green shopping center off Route 1, police said. Store employees had put out an alert and responding officers, relying on a description of the car, stopped Ms. Bruie’s vehicle on southbound Route 1, police said. Police also found that an arrest warrant had been issued for Ms. Buie by Doylestown, Pa. authorities. Also arrested during the traffic stop was the driver, Yolanda Washington, 40, who was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams.
Police charged Scott DeForlia, 27, of Kingston with possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia following an investigation at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday. Police stopped to assist Mr. DeForlia with his disabled vehicle and found him to be in possession of the drug after the smell of marijuana was detected coming from the car, according to the report.
Projector equipment and a home theater system valued at $30,000 was reported taken from a van parked at the Hyatt Regency hotel off Alexander Road on Wednesday or Thursday, police said. A lock was broken to gain entry. Police said an electronics company from Ridgefield, Conn. owned the van.
Plainsboro
Police charged Shannon C. Monti, 37, of Sewell with driving while intoxicated, speeding, reckless driving and careless driving after her vehicle was stopped on Scudders Mill Road for traveling at 90 mph in a 50 mph zone, police said. She was released to a friend pending a court appearance.
