Julianna Strolin
WASHINGTON — Julianna F. Buczynski Strolin died Oct. 15 at Morris Hall Health and Rehabilitation Center, Lawrenceville. She was 92.
Born in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., daughter of the late Michael and Martha Kryzan Buczynski, she was educated in the Wilkes-Barre schools before moving to New Jersey.
Ms. Strolin and her late husband had owned and operated Toth’s Deli of Dunellen for many years. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic Church of Yardville, and held her roots in Saint Stanislaus Kostka Roman Catholic Church of North Wilkes-Barre, Pa.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Joseph Toth, by her second husband, Christian Strolin, and by brothers John, Stanley and Frank Buczynski.
Surviving are two daughters, Maryanne Canavesio of Robbinsville, with whom she resided, and Barbara Stovel of Bound Brook; grandchildren, Glen Stovel, Amy Stovel and Cindy Canavesio; great-granddaughter, Caitlyn Stovel; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Friday at the John V. Morris Funeral Home, North Wilkes-Barre, followed by a Funeral Mass at Saint Stanislaus Kostka Roman Catholic Church with the Rev. Joseph M. Horanzy, pastor emeritus, officiating. Burial was in the parish cemetery, Plains Township.
