Mobile home residents can have a voice in Jackson

This is an open letter to all mobile home residents of Jackson. Did you know there is a Mobile Home Advisory Board in Jackson? Did you know that this board works to improve the ordinances that govern the parks and your quality of living conditions? Did you also know that this board is manned by the residents of mobile home parks in Jackson?

Now you know it does, and your park does not need to have a homeowners association for you to get involved with this board. You will get the chance to meet with other homeowners, from other parks in Jackson, and become informed on what is going on in them that may impact your park.

Find out what issues Jackson government is talking about that may affect mobile home owners. This board had been disbanded, but the current Township Council and mayor have revived it, giving the residents of Jackson another voice for change and improvement in their town.

There are several parks in Jackson that do not have representation on the board at the present time. They are Luxury Circle, Land O’ Pines, Southwind and Shady Lakes. We meet once a month, in the evening, at town hall. Let your voice be heard, and your opinions be known.
