Local doctor was an outstanding advocate for patient

It has come to my attention that the Marlboro-Manalapan area has suffered a great loss. Dr. Michael Stark, who served the area as an internist, has died. I just wanted everyone to know the kind of man he was.

When I became sick and no doctors could diagnose me, Dr. Stark believed in me more than I believed in myself. He made himself available to me at all hours of the day or night.

When my insurance company didn’t want to pay for my care, Dr. Stark personally called them and helped get their approval. My family and I could never thank him enough. I can only hope God will bless him and his family.
