Beatrice Agnes Van Noy, 88, of Manahawkin, died Nov. 6 at her home.
Born in Messena, N.Y., she lived in Pennington and Titusville for 18 years, moving to Manahawkin eight years ago.
She was an accountant for the former Centennial Savings and Loan, Pennington, for six years, retiring 23 years ago.
She was a member of the Union Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, Titusville, and the founder of the Ladies Auxiliary for the Pennington Fire Company.
Predeceased by her husband, Samuel A. Van Noy, in 1975, she is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Richard G. and Debra A. Van Noy of Blakeslee, Pa.; a daughter, Patricia Strickland and her fiancé, Howard Johnsen of Manahawkin; a sister, Jean Ghostlaw of Bombay, N.Y.; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Dec. 8 at the Titusville Presbyterian Church, River Drive, Titusville.
