I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the Allentown Redbirds freshman football team on the great season they are having. They have so far three CVC wins over Ewing, Steinert and Hopewell. The games have been exciting and great for our school spirit.
Boys, keep up the hard work, stay together, so we can follow you right on up through JV and varsity. It takes dedication of all concerned to do what you have done especially when some of you never played football before. Someone is doing something right teaching you discipline, teamwork, fundamentals and sportsmanship and enjoyment of the game.
