HIGHTSTOWN Hazel Hicks Wallace, 96, died Sunday at Meadow Lakes Health Care Center.
Born in Newark, and formerly of Summit, she lived in the Hightstown area for many years. She was a longtime resident of Meadow Lakes.
She was a 1935 graduate of the Presbyterian Hospital School of Nursing of Newark. She retired as a medical research analyst at Prudential Insurance Co. after 35 years of service.
She was a former member of Central Presbyterian Church of Summit and the Fortnightly Club of Summit.
She was the daughter of the late John and Martha Wallace, and sister of the late Robert Tubman Wallace, longtime teacher at the Lawrenceville School.
Graveside services were held at Rosedale Cemetery, Orange.
Arrangements were under the direction of Glackin/Saul Funeral Home, Hightstown.
