LEF wine tasting had much support

Tracy Giannattasio of Stockton
On behalf of the Lambertville Area Education Foundation, I would like to thank our many benefactors and guests that made our Nov. 3 wine tasting a magnificent success.
Firstly to our sponsor, Walker’s Liquor Store in Lambertville, without whom the evening would not have occurred. Our guests were so impressed by the distributors and representatives, which presented and educated the attendees about the wines they displayed.
We have received rave reviews on the selections of wines from the multitude of regions offered at the event!
The Sneaky Caterer presented a wonderful spread of cheeses, fruits and finger foods all of our attendees marveled about.
Additionally, we would like to express our appreciation to David of Rojo’s Roastery on Union Street in Lambertville. The assortment of coffees provided by Rojo’s Roastery presented our guests with wonderful samplings of coffee, a great compliment to our dessert selection.
Furthermore, we also would like to extend thanks to those distributors that donated silent auction items. A special thanks to Nora Lewis, who, once again, donated some beautiful pieces of jewelry.
Our gratitude also goes to Tony Szwed for the donation of beautiful mums and other fall decorations that made the banquet hall bloom; the Homestead Market for its never-ending support and decorations; and George and Geoff Hazelrigg, our musicians from the Riverside Symphonia, who filled the air with wonderful music that added to our ambiance.
Also, to The Medicine Shoppe, Lambertville Trading Company, Homestead Market, Walker’s Liquors and Dresswell’s that managed ticket sales on our behalf.
Lastly, to all our attendees and supporters of innovative education in our area school districts, without you all, we could not fund such wonderful programs for our students.
