Dr. Stark, 52, of the Perrineville section of Millstone, died Oct. 28, 2007, at home. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., he had lived in Lake Success, N.Y., Long Island, N.Y., and Old Bridge before moving to Millstone in 1997. Dr. Stark maintained a medical practice in Manalapan for the past 20 years. He was on the medical staff of CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township, where he had served as chief of staff and was also a member of the board of trustees. In addition, he was on the staff of Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune, and served on the advisory boards of several medical publications. Dr. Stark’s many hobbies included photography, fishing in Alaska, hunting, computers and playing golf. He was predeceased by his birth parents, Shirley and Dr. Stanley Stark, as well as two sisters, Willi Meacham and Sharon Shapiro. Surviving are his wife of 24 years, Cynthia Stark; a daughter and son-in-law, Laura and Robert Fletcher of Yardville; a son, Jason Adams of Lower Berkshire Valley; his adoptive parents, Isadore and Ronnie Haliczer; two brothers and sisters-inlaw, Arthur and Lynn Haliczer, and Abe and Patricia Haliczer; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Linda and Frank Barlow, Willa Autry and Dr. Ahmed Halima; his mother-in-law, Darlene Morgan; two grandchildren, Alexis and Robert Fletcher; and many nieces and nephews. A funeral service was held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, Freehold Township, with Rabbi Donald Weber of Temple Rodeph Torah officiating. Entombment followed at Monmouth Memorial Park, Tinton Falls.
