POLICE BLOTTER

   Linh Huynh, 37, of Drake Road, was charged with shoplifting after $168 worth of stolen clothing was found in her bag as she exited Kohl’s on Route 206 at 5:53 p.m. Oct. 16.
   Police said Ms. Huynh was seen going into a dressing room with several items of clothing and a bag, but when she came out, she was only carrying the bag.
   Ms. Huynh was processed at police headquarters and released, with a court date of Oct. 30 at 3 p.m.
   A Deanna Drive resident reported that someone punctured the right rear tire of his vehicle while it was parked in the parking lot of the development sometime between 6 p.m. Oct. 23 and 12 p.m. Oct. 24.
   Police said that replacement of the tire was estimated at $100.
   A Bloomingdale Drive resident reported that someone stole a satellite radio receiver from his car while it was parked at his home sometime between 6 p.m. Oct. 26 and 8:30 a.m. Oct. 27. The receiver was estimated to be valued at $50.
   Police said the passenger side door of the vehicle was not fully closed and it appeared that the antenna wire from the receiver had been cut or pulled out.
   Pawel Serafin, 26, of Tall Oak Lane, received summonses for driving while intoxicated and throwing debris from a vehicle after police pulled him over on Triangle Road for throwing a lit cigarette out his window at 5:36 a.m. Oct. 7.
   Mr. Serafin was taken into custody after he failed several field sobriety tests. At police headquarters, he was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.15 percent.
   A BAC of 0.08 percent or higher is intoxicated under New Jersey state law.
   Mr. Serafin was processed and released to the custody of a friend.
