Mrs. Pratt, 78, of Seaside Park, died Oct. 29, 2007, at her daughter’s home. Prior to her retirement, she was a teacher for 25 years with Middlesex County Vocational and Technical High Schools. Her husband, Donald A. Pratt, died in 1983, and a daughter, Carole Gettings, died in 2007. Surviving are a son, Donald Pratt, and his wife, Charlene, of East Brunswick; three daughters, Annette Pratt of Manasquan, Joanne Miller of Woodbridge and Lisa Pratt of Old Bridge; a brother, Vernon Appleby of East Brunswick; and eight grandchildren. Services were held at Rezem Funeral Home, East Brunswick. Interment was private.
