THE VILLAGES, Fla. Vincenzo Giovanni Madonna, 85, died Nov. 2 at The Villages Regional Hospital, The Villages, Fla.
Born in Taranta Peligna, Italy, he lived in Trenton before moving to The Villages, Fla., where he had resided for four years. He was a construction worker. He was a member of the Italian American Club and his hobbies included gardening and winemaking. He enjoyed his grandchildren. He was a parishioner of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Trenton.
He is survived by his wife, Giovanna Madonna of the Villages, Fla.; his daughter Laura Mayer of Robbinsville; his son Dr. Dino Madonna (Michelle) of Lady Lake, Fla.; his sister Linda Moschetta of Italy; and his three grandchildren, Nicole Mayer, and Dominick and Mia Madonna. A Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. Timothy Catholic Church in Lady Lake, Fla. There will be cryptside services at 10 a.m. on Nov. 19 at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Trenton.
