A case review hearing for Rosario "Roy" DiGirolamo is scheduled for Monday afternoon in Wilmington, Del. The Millstone man is charged with abandoning the 1-year-old child he fathered with his mistress, Amy Giordano of Hightstown. He also is a person of interest in Ms. Giordano’s disappearance.
