EAST WINDSOR Alice Belle Baker, 45, died Nov. 10 at Lourdes Medical Center in Willingboro.
She grew up in the Hightstown East Windsor area, attending school here and going on to Trenton State College. She was employed at Del Monte Food and Proctor & Gamble for 17 years.
She was a member of St. James AME Methodist Church in Hightstown. Her passion, after her family, was trying new recipes for family and friends.
Predeceased by her parents, Jesse and Betty, and sister Bette (Betty Jane), she is survived by two children, Christopher M. and Gabrielle D. Baker; grandchildren Jewell Baker, Darion Bordley and Jayden Callahan; brothers and sisters-in-laws B.J. and Karen Baker, Jesse and Beverly Baker, Robert and Ruby Baker, and Joseph and Gerri-Lyn Baker; four sisters and two brother-in-laws, Diana and Robert Talbert, Martha and Locksley Wade, Annie Baker and Patricia Baker; a special uncle, Carl Baker; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins.
Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Glackin-Saul Funeral Home at 136 Morrison Ave, Hightstown.
