Nancy Waits
   LAMBERTVILLE — Nancy Ellen Maher Waits, 60, of Lambertville died suddenly at her home Monday, Nov. 26, as a result of complications from pneumonia.
   She was a longtime resident of Lambertville.
   Ms. Waits worked as a computer security professional.
   She was the daughter of the late Martin and Doris Eade Maher.
   She grew up in Highland Falls, N.Y., and graduated from Highland Falls High School.
   She was a graduate of Vassar College with a major in foreign languages, of Rutgers University Graduate School with a master’s degree in history and the University of Pennsylvania School of Law with a juris doctorate.
   She is survived by her husband, William Waits; her daughter and son-in-law, Valerie and Michael Hofer of Fairless Hills, Pa.; two grandchildren, Jeremy and Jason of Fairless Hills: her son and his girlfriend, Martin Waits and Tracy Eddy of Lambertville; and her aunts, Helen LaRue and Elizabeth Maher of Highland Falls.

   A visitation was held Friday at the Van Horn-McDonough Funeral Home, Lambertville.
Louis Fozman
   WEST AMWELL — Louis J. Fozman, 94, of West Amwell died Wednesday, Nov. 28, at St. Peter’s University Hospital in New Brunswick.
   Born in Hungary, Mr. Fozman came to the United States in 1930 and settled with his family in New Brunswick.
   He was a tavern owner and operated Louie’s Bar and, with his brother, co-owned the Uptown Hotel, both in New Brunswick. He also owned Bar X in Sayreville, N.J.
   Mr. Fozman later moved to Franklin Township and established Fozman Plumbing and Heating.
   In 1977, he came to West Amwell and purchased a farm where he raised corn, wheat, soy beans, cows and chickens.
   He was a past member of the Hungarian Athletic Association in New Brunswick.
   He was active with the Franklin Township Rod and Reel Club and the Central Jersey Rod and Gun Club.
   He is survived by four sons and three daughters-in-law, Robert Brent and Kathleen Fozman of Helmetta, N.J., Louis J. Fozman Jr. and his partner, Dan H. Dixon, of Dallas, Joseph E. and Yvette Fozman of West Amwell and James T. and Vera Fozman of Brick Township, N.J.; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins; and a special friend, Claire Smith.
   Funeral services were held Monday at the Old Rocks Church, West Amwell. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
   Arrangements were under the direction of the Van Horn-McDonough Funeral Home, Lambertville.
