Peter F. Kelly, an attorney with Fox Rothschild has been appointed trustee of the Mercer County Bar Association. Mr. Kelly, who is resident in Fox’s Lawrence office, practices primarily in the areas of business planning, mergers and acquisitions, sales and purchases of businesses, health care transactional law, other matters relating to professional service practices and closely held businesses, and general corporate representation.
Active in the legal community, he was selected to participate in the Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Young Business Leader’s Council. The MCBA is a non-profit organization of 1,200 lawyers who live and/or practice in Mercer Co.
Sterns & Weinroth, P.C., based in Trenton, has announced the expansion of its litigation practice group with the addition of Craig David Becker, who has joined the firm as an associate.
Mr. Becker focuses his practice on general civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he was engaged in general litigation practice where he represented small business owners and boards of education. In addition, he worked as an assistant public defender in Chester County, Pa. Mr. Becker is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Prior to joining Archer & Greiner, Mr. Isele served as New Jersey’s ombudsman for the institutionalized elderly since 1999. In addition, he served as a member of the office of general counsel for the American Medical Association.
