TRENTON Anna C. Gordon Kramarz, 84, died Dec. 5 at the Compassionate Care Hospice in the presence of her family.
Born in Trenton, Ms. Kramarz was a lifelong Trenton resident.
She retired in 1949 from the Circle F Industries of Trenton.
She was a member of the Jednota Women’s Fraternal Society, a former member of the St. Hedwig’s PTA Mother’s Club, and the Saints Peter and Paul Sodality and their Majorette Group. Ms. Kramarz was known as one of the Polish translators, along with her husband, at the Deborah Heart Hospital for the “Children of the World” program.
Daughter of the late Joseph Sr. and Mary Kurucz Gordon and sister of the late Joseph Gordon Jr., she is survived by her husband of 60 years, Walter P. Kramarz; her two daughters and one son-in-law, Patricia A. Kramarz of Robbinsville and Connie M. and Robert Brown of Ewing Township; four grandchildren, Melissa, James, Alan and Chrissy; great-grandson Bryan; her sister, Mary E. Sujansky of Lawrenceville; her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Frank and Mary Czaplicki of Trenton; many nieces, nephews and cousins; and extended family in Zgorsko-Izbiska, Poland.
The funeral was held Monday at the Winowicz Funeral Chapel, 865 Brunswick Ave. A funeral liturgy was celebrated in St. Hedwig’s Church, with her cousin, Father Stanley Lesniowski, pastor of St. Joseph’s Church in Passaic, as principal presider. Burial was in St. Hedwig’s Cemetery, Ewing Township.
The family requests that Mass cards or spiritual bouquets be offered in Ms. Kramarz’s memory.
