   Earle Emery, no age given, of South Main Street, was charged with driving while intoxicated after police found him slumped over the steering wheel of his car at 11:16 a.m. Dec. 3, while the car was parked on Roosevelt Avenue.
   Mr. Emery was processed and released to a friend.
Auriello Lopez, 55, of Hillsborough, was charged with disorderly conduct at 2:28 p.m. Dec. 3, stemming from an incident at the Spring Garden Chinese restaurant on South Main Street.
   Police reported that Mr. Lopez appeared intoxicated, harassed workers at the restaurant, and refused to leave when asked by patrols.
   Police transported Mr. Lopez to headquarters after determining he was intoxicated, police said. He was released with a court date after processing.
A Roosevelt Avenue resident reported the theft of a bicycle from her home at 1:29 a.m. Dec. 4.
   The green bike is valued at $80. An investigation is ongoing.
A caller reported the theft of a GPS navigation unit with a built-in satellite radio receiver from his 2007 Nissan Versa at 12:28 p.m. Dec. 4.
   The caller believed the unit was stolen while his car was parked at the Adesa Auto Auctions on North Main Street. Police reported finding no physical evidence at the Adesa lot.
   The unit is valued at $1,399.
A car dealer representative reported the theft of $17,750 cash from a briefcase, while the representative was at the Adesa Auto Auctions on North Main Street at 1:41 p.m. Dec. 6.
   The victim reported checking a briefcase containing the money into the business’s coat check, and leaving to tour the lot.
   Upon returning to the coat check, the victim reported the case missing. The empty case was later found in the Adesa men’s room.
   An investigation is ongoing.
