Email threats to PU students reported

PRINCETON — Four officers of Princeton University’s Anscombe Society, a student organization of conservative-minded students regarding sexuality, and politics professor Robert George received threatening emails Wednesday from off-campus email addresses, The Daily Princetonian reported. The five individuals received identical messages telling them they would “suffer,” and ordering them to “shut the f— up”. The email also said, “you are not welcome here” and “We will destroy you”.
The four students who received emails were Anscombe vice president Jonathan Hwang, president Kevin Staley-Joyce, former president Sherif Girgis and administrative committee chair Francisco Nava. Mr. George has publicly supported conservative causes, including the Anscombe Society’s goal of promoting chastity.
