Princeton couple killed in pedestrian accident in Pemberton

   A recently married couple from Princeton Borough was killed after being struck by a car while crossing Route 206 in Pemberton Township on Wednesday, police said.
   Oscar Manuel Ramos Cortez, 27, was pronounced dead at the scene, and Silvia Mejia Deolores, 19, was transported by helicopter to Cooper Trauma Center in Camden, where she was pronounced dead shortly thereafter, police said.
   Both were from Princeton Borough, police said.
   The couple was attempting to cross an unlit, two-lane portion of the road into northbound traffic when they were struck by the vehicle, a 2004 Audi A4, police said.
   The police report does not include the time of the incident.
   No charges have been filed against the driver, Vladimir Senko, of Staten Island, N.Y,. who was transported to Virtua Hospital Mt. Holly, where he was treated and released.
   An investigation is ongoing, police said.
   According to police, the two victims had parked their vehicle, a 2005 Ford E350 delivery truck, on the northbound shoulder of Route 206 before attempting to make a delivery to the Mexican grocery store on the southbound side of the road, police said.
   According to the release, police have been unable to locate next of kin for notification, but said sources reported that the couple was recently married, which was later confirmed.
